Common questions

I received a quote link. Do I need an account?

No. The link in your email opens your quote directly. Links expire. If yours has, reply to the email and we'll send a new one.

How do I disconnect QuickBooks Online?

In QuickBooks Online, go to Settings → Manage apps (or Apps → My apps) and choose Disconnect for E2C Quote Portal. Administrators can also disconnect from within the application. Once disconnected, the application can no longer access QuickBooks data, and its stored tokens are deleted.

How do I report a security concern?
