Terms of use / End-user license agreement
Effective October 5, 2026
These terms govern use of E2C Quote Portal (the "Application"), operated by E Squared C Inc ("E2C"). By using the Application, including by opening a quote link, you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Application
The staff portal is licensed only to authorized E2C personnel, for E2C's business. Customers and their authorized representatives may use the quote review pages only to view, approve, decline or ask about quotes addressed to them.
2. License
E2C grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for the purposes above. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense it, and you may not use it to build a competing product.
3. Accounts and security
Staff must keep their passwords, security keys and recovery codes confidential, and must promptly report a lost key or suspected unauthorized access. Do not share quote links with anyone who isn't authorized to act for your organization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to probe, scan or test the Application's vulnerabilities without written permission. You also agree not to bypass its security controls, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Quotes and approvals
Quotes are offers subject to the validity period, terms and conditions stated on each quote, and to any master services agreement between you and E2C. Prices and availability from distributors can change before an order is placed. By approving a quote electronically and typing your name, you agree that this is your electronic signature and that you are authorized to approve the purchase for your organization.
6. Third-party services
The Application integrates with services including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, Kaseya BMS and technology distributors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. E2C is not responsible for their availability or conduct. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. This Application is not made or endorsed by Intuit.
7. Data
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy policy. E2C retains ownership of its business data, and customers retain ownership of information they provide.
8. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, E2C disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, E2C is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Application. Nothing in these terms limits obligations under a separate signed agreement between you and E2C.
10. Termination
E2C may suspend or end access to the Application at any time. Sections 7–11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Questions: support@e2c.tech.
